Working Principle:
Material is fed into the feed pipe by the feeder and drawn by the fan into the classification chamber, where it is fully dispersed at the classification cone. Due to the strong centrifugal force generated by the rotor, coarse particles are thrown to the cylinder wall, while fine powder passes through the gaps between the rotor blades with the airflow and is discharged from the upper outlet into the system's collection device. Coarse particles are further separated from the fine particles mixed in by the secondary air wind-sifting effect at the gap between the elutriation ring and the feed pipe, and sent back to the classification chamber for another round of classification. The coarse particles move down along the cylinder wall and are discharged from the coarse powder outlet by the star-shaped discharge valve.

This machine is suitable for industries such as chemical, mineral, building materials, electronics, pharmaceuticals, pesticides, coatings, dyes, food, metallurgy, and feed. It can perform dry classification on thousands of materials, including both organic and inorganic substances.
Features:
· This machine is a dry air classifier, a centrifugal classifier with secondary air intake and a classification rotor. It is generally suitable for classifying non-sticky materials.
· Suitable for classifying various organic and inorganic materials. The classification range is wide, selectable from 3μm to 150μm. Under normal conditions, ultrafine powder with a content of <10μm up to 97-100% can be obtained.
· Can classify spherical, flake, and fibrous particles. It can also separate materials of different densities, such as separating fibers and wood chips from recycled rubber.
· High classification accuracy. The classification rotor uses fluid dynamics principles to generate a forced vortex, creating a strong and stable centrifugal force field, achieving precise classification with d75/d25=1.1-1.5.
· High classification efficiency. The excellent classification rotor and the wind-sifting effect of the secondary air intake result in a Newton efficiency of η=60-90% or higher.
· This machine simplifies complex fluid theory into a simple structure. Therefore, operation, maintenance, and cleaning are convenient, and the classification particle size is easy to adjust.
· Compact equipment structure, small footprint, easy installation, no noise, and low vibration.
· Can be combined with mechanical crushers or airflow crushers for closed-circuit operation, doubling production capacity. Closed-circuit operation allows heat-sensitive and low-melting-point materials to be crushed in mechanical crushers.
